Travel guide of Lachine Canal"Topa you down to fly?" The only answer to that is hell yea. After complaining about all the traffic, my friend picked up from downtown Montreal to go fly. To be honest I was scared out of my mind, but I had to live the experience. We met our pilot, cleaned the plane, added fuel and their we were, up in the skies of Montreal. It was difficult not taking pictures every second, but it was a must to appreciate the constantly revealing landscapes in front of our eyes. The emotions felt on this adventures were unreal, especially when the plane dropped …

Submission for the Timberland x Unsplash Collaboration. Shot in Montréal on March 11th with Shirin S. on a Canon EOS 6D. The theme of the collab is “Celebrating the Icons” and we chose to celebrate the natural beauty of a city under the last winter snow. I believe that photography is about capturing the beauty of the world as it is. Thus, all my pictures are not cropped, not photoshopped, not modified, not reverted or rotated, and not digitally altered.

- Part of a 30 days streak of Unsplash uploads - As a friend was paying me a visit from Europe, we took a break in La Fontaine park in Montréal. As every park in the city, it’s filled with squirrels. Which are a blessing or a plague depending on your perspective. This one was more curious than its fellow rodents. Something seemed special about him. He seemed to have smart eyes. This shot is almost straight out of camera. One of those times where you can yell “nailed it” when chipping at the screen.

Every year Montreal host L’International des Feux Loto‑Québec, it’s an international fireworks competition in which major companies, representing their respective country, provide the opportunity to see the latest techniques and innovations in the field of pyrotechnics. knowing that that day was China with The Butterfly Lovers as a theme. So I took my bike and rode up to the Chalet was a painful hill for those who know the city. Once there I wasn’t expecting that many people but the view is always worth a while, hopefully I arrived 2 hours earlier which got me to chose the perfect spot.
